TASMANIAN TWIGWATER
In our recent film, Tasmanian Twigwater, we explore the unique trout waters on the high plateaus of Tasmania with anglers Daniel and Simone Hackett and filmmaker Todd Moen. After learning that Twigwater brown trout were eager to rise to dries, the gorgeous Tasmanian backdrop urged a sense of adventure and discovery, and was filled with interesting critters and vegetation.
ALPHA IN THE JUNGLE
Jungle fishing is no joke. Extreme weather, relentless insects, and long days of casting heavy rigs are all worth it when you come tight to an angry shadow dwelling predator. In this video, Todd Moen takes us south of the equator to the remote jungles of South America in pursuit of big, hungry, top-water-eating Peacock Bass. Buckle up for this one.
SURFACE ACTION
Normally, large trout in smaller water spook very easily, so it is extremely difficult to get close. However, in late summer when the hoppers are around, big fish feed aggressively and get careless, much to our delight. In the following exclusive video, Surface Action, we explore smaller water using terrestrial patterns to entice big hungry browns and rainbows for some incredible surface action.
